FREE shipping NZ wide with all purchases over $100.
For orders totaling less than $100 Fernbird Studio offers the following shipping option:
Premium Shipping: $10 for orders under $100

1-3 days Metro
3-5 days Regional
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- We use NZ Post (non-signature required tracked courier).
- Delivery times are based on orders placed before 1pm NZST.
- Shipping fees apply if minimum purchase falls below $100 after discounts are applied.
- Shipping may take additional time during sales, holidays, and extreme weather events.
- Shipping is only available on weekdays (excluding New Zealand Public Holidays).
- Standard orders are processed when credit card authorization and/or bank deposit has cleared. Admin and shipping is done Monday-Friday. Orders shipped via NZ Post typically arrive within 3 business days AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF SHIPMENT VIA EMAIL (Monday through Friday, not including weekends & holidays) within NZ.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
There will be NO returns or exchanges on sale items or seconds items.
If you are unhappy with your order in any way, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is as new, in a saleable condition and has not been worn (except to try on).
We will exchange or refund full-price items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you with proof of purchase (original receipt). Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to make an exchange – this is best done via email to hello@fernbirdstudio.com
Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. All sale or seconds items are a final sale and are strictly non-returnable.
FAULTY ITEMS
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items that appear to have been damaged by the customer will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if the replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting hello@fernbirdstudio.com about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received by you.
In we cannot offer you a replacement, you will receive a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. We highly recommend sending returns back with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail.
